Until I joined this course I had no idea about this atlas thing and how it affects my face. My therapist told me that I have facial asymmetry which can be fixed with face massages. I didn’t want to buy this prop that Lalita talked about and used a rolled towel in the beginning. It worked fine for my shoulder blade pain and I got curious about this “magic” tool hah) Well, it is magic! It’s a lot more comfortable than a towel and the effect is more powerful

Aligning the thoracic spine and opening up the chest using a thin roll exercise. Releasing tension in the upper back & chest.
