This course is exactly what I needed to start mastering the rope. We all know that practice is the key, yet , at least for me, it has been hard to know how long and what to practice so having a structured practice time has been key in my progression.

It has helped my overall posture and mobility immensely, and eradicated back pain that I had prior to using the rope. Really happy with the rope and with the learning resources that came with it. JOINT HEALTH & MOBILITY. The rope helps you break free from the movement patterns that we might already have and try new ones. And part of that, it encourages rotational movements not only of the ribcage of the spine, but of the limbs as well.
IMPROVED CIRCULATION. When we are adding rotation to our movement, not just stretching, we're going deep into the corners of the body, encouraging blood flow and circulation and blowing out those old combustions.
GENTLE ON THE BODY. Just like yoga, Qigong or Tai Chi, Rope Flow is a low-impact practice perfect for those with knee or ankle issues.
