I liked that the lessons were made by two teachers. I liked both of them, but depending on my mood I would choose which teacher. If I wanted I wanted something more energetic, I would choose Julia's courses. If I wanted a more calming course, it would be Maria's. It was a great idea to make a double course. I rate this course five stars.

Cool course for beginners. Everything is clear, from Yulia. the energy simply beats with a bang, while Maria gives practices that are more balanced, calm, but with her lessons you can cool your back and relieve pain in the spine with her lessons. Thanks to her lessons, I finally straightened out of the chess horse pose and became an elegant girl) If you want a healthy back and a good mood, then you definitely need to do yoga with these girls.

I liked the course. I already do yoga, but I don't always want to practice on my own, because sometimes you just need to turn off your head and not think about which assana to perform next. and so - turned on the video, the girls tell you what to do next, and you just practice in the flow, completely immerse yourself in the practice. this is exactly what I like about yoga, the body becomes stronger, the brain is cleansed.
